We understand things happen and plans change. We value the time and needs of every client and employee. To help us provide the best service possible, we ask you to respect our policy. All appointments require a credit card on file. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and you may be charged a $50 fee if any appointment results in a no-show or less than a 24-hour cancellation. We will use the credit card on file when this occurs. We are here to help when things get crazy.
